Letter of Authority
Where we identify a potential claim, we will issue you with a Letter of Authority and our Terms and Conditions to sign and return to us.
Review
Our expert claims specialists will conduct a review to check your eligibility to claim.
Refund
Upon receipt of your Letter of Authority, we will get to work on your refund. This can take up to 12 weeks and our case managers will keep you updated on progress.
